We are looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, and enjoys creating a... sense of community in a shared home, prioritizing those who are in their 30s or 40s (like ourselves). Monthly rent is $1400 plus utilities (electric, water, internet). The available room is the primary bedroom, which has 133 sq feet of space in addition to a large walk-in closet and en-suite bath. It comes with a dedicated garage space plus a fair amount of storage alongside. There is a large shared kitchen with brand-new high-end appliances, a spacious living/dining room, and patio. There is also a washer-dyer in the unit. It is located practically on UCI campus (a few min walk from the Engineering buildings, 10 min walk to Aldrich part, 15 minutes to UTC, etc).
