The apt is a new, modern, luxury unit with 2 beds/2 baths. The photos here are standard pics from "The Murphy Irvine" website; see site for more photos of their 2-bedroom apts.

Seeking a mature roommate for the master bedroom suite, which has a... walk-in closet and private bathroom. The apt is on the ground floor and has a patio. It's a beautiful, high-end complex w many amenities (pool, gym, etc.)

I am a student (male) just starting my "gap" year before college. I recently leased this apartment but my expected roommate is now un-available, so I'm now seeking a new roommate. I keep common areas clean, and I respect others' space and sleep needs. About me: I work part-time and take classes part-time, and I enjoy athletics, food, photography, and STEM topics. I am relatively new to Orange County.

Pls note, I seek a roommate who will not bring substances into the apt, e.g., alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs. This is an important factor for me:) Thus, I'm seeking a mature roommate -- perhaps a grad student, faculty, or staff -- who is already established in a substance-free lifestyle.
