I have 2 rooms for rent in this stunning Northwood home suburb of Irvine. This is the perfect home for someone attending, working at, or nearby to UCI, only located a 10 minutes drive from UCI. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. You... will have access to laundry, pool, bbq, kitchen, cooking, parking, and bathrooms.

Perfect place for the studious student as there is a nice study area downstairs which you can have access to any time of the day or night.
Driving times: 5 minutes to Irvine Spectrum, 15 minutes to Laguna Beach (nearest beach), 20 minutes to Disney Land, 1 hr to San Diego, 1 hr to Los Angeles, 10 minutes from SNA airport, and 45 minutes from LAX airport. This is the perfect location for the outdoorsmen/women. Hiking, biking, and running paths all begin nearby. You’ll love my place because of the views, quaint, quietness, and the location .
