This is a 3 bedroom house in very nice neighborhood walking distance from the beach.. You will have your own room with a full size bed, desk, night stand, and closet (bedding Not included). There is a private bathroom in your room. Everything from... the floors to the tile is less than 3 years old. It is a very clean, peaceful, and friendly home located in Laguna Beach. I mapped the distance from the house to UCI and it is 13-14 miles and takes about 25 minutes without freeways. The last student that lived here road his bike to UCI. I even had a student who road the bus to school, but not suggested :). I live walking distance from Treasure Island beach, CVS, and other small shops and restaurants. I am an art teacher for a middle school, so I go to bed at 10:00pm and I am up at 5:30am during the week. You will have laundry and kitchen privileges.
