We have two bedrooms available for rent in our 4-bedroom home with your own private full bath. My husband, myself, and 5-year-old English Retriever live there too. We are empty nesters and married for 34 years with two daughters who are now married... and living on their own but sometimes they do come and visit us. The community we live in is quiet, family oriented and very safe. My husband and I work M-F and most of the time gone on the weekends visiting family & friends.

You would have access to washing machine and dryer, full usage of the kitchen, backyard, area, swimming pool and parking right in front of the house in one of the safest communities in Irvine approximately 15-20 miles from the best local beaches. The cost would be $1,500 per month for your room which includes all utilities , cable, and wifi access.
