The room is furnished--desk , bed, bookcase, dresser, night stand, desk chair, lamps, mirrored closet sliding doors. Lots of storage space. UTILITIES INCLUDED. community pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts. Share bath, housekeeper cleans the common areas, you keep your room clean and help to keep the bathroom clean. High speed wireless provided. Only very limited cooking permitted. A separate refrigerator in the garage is available. You must be able to meet me in person or on FaceTime. This is a quiet neighborhood of 3 to 5 bedroom houses. Perfect for students who want to zip down the hill to UCI. Some students walk or use a scooter while others have a car.
