Furnished Room and Private Bath in UHills home - must love dogs (Shared Housing)

Furnished bedroom in house on Murasaki St (5 minute walking distance to campus buildings); private bathroom. Dog care required.
$1400 rent and all utilities (including laundry and parking) - discounted for dog car; $15 per day (feeding and one 20... minute walk in the evening; dog waste removal). 10 days of dog care would be $1250 for rent/utilities; 20 days dog care would be $1100, 30 days would be $950.
Home owner travels for work and needs someone to care for dogs (feed and 20 minute walk once a day). Female faculty member who lives in house with two rescue dogs. One dog was abused as a puppy and does not like being walked by strangers. I would like to find a tenant who will get to know my dogs and be available to walk them when my schedule conflicts. My dogs are super friendly and loving - but they are big and need someone who is strong to walk them.
Rent includes all utilities, internet, cleaning service, laundry in the house, and access to the kitchen. One parking space is available in the driveway so you would not need to pay for parking on campus.
The house and neighborhood are very quiet. There is a pool a few blocks away.
Monthly lease at first to make sure that this would be a good fit for us both. Longer term lease after two months.
