Furnished Room and Private Bath in UHills home - must love dogs

2-3 days of dog care (feeding/walking) per month is required. Please describe your experience caring for dogs if send an inquiry.
Furnished bedroom in house on Murasaki St (5 minute walking distance to campus buildings); private bathroom. Prefer... Graduate Student, Postdoc or Staff who has lived with dogs in the past.
$1300 rent includes all utilities (internet, electricity, gas, free laundry, and parking) - dog care requested 2-3 days per month. Female faculty member who lives in house with two large rescue dogs. I would like to find a tenant who will get to know my dogs and be available to walk them when my schedule is busy. My dogs are super friendly and loving - but they are big and need someone who is strong to walk them.
Rent includes all utilities, internet, free laundry in the house, and access to fully stocked kitchen. One parking space is available in the driveway so you would not need to pay for parking on campus.
The house and neighborhood are very quiet. There is a pool a few blocks away.
Monthly lease at first to make sure that this would be a good fit for both of us . Short or long term preferred after that.
No guests allowed.
