Dartmouth Court UTC Apartment Summer Sublease (Sublet)

Hi everyone! My name is Anh and I am currently a fourth year at UCI. I am graduating soon in June and will be moving out. My lease will end on August 9th, 2025 but I won't be there in the summer and am looking for someone to sublease from June 13th -... August 9th. If you are taking any summer classes this would be perfect for you! The apartment is called Dartmouth court and it is a University Town Center Apartment that is located right outside of school. It's actually probably closer to the school more than some ACC apartments. The layout of the apartment is 2 beds and 2 baths. The bedroom that I am mainly looking to sublet is the one pictured. The other bedroom is going to be occupied by either my roommates or if you are interested in subletting with your friends, feel free to message me and I would love to ask for you. Other than that, the house is gender-neutral but we are looking to girls mainly since my current roommates are girls. The current roommates are all friendly and we all have a chores chart as well and that is done weekly to keep our apartment tidy! The rent for the entire room is going to be $1650 if you are taking the room as a single. If you would like to share a room with someone else please feel free to let me know and you both can split the rent up into two. The utilities is going to be separate but at most, I would be paying $30- 60 in addition for wifi, water, electricity, trash, pool, and heating per person. For the address of the place, we put an approximation address. We will provide you with the exact address after we confirm your interest! The apartment has a pool right outside of the apartment that is for residents and guests that you have. The pool has guest restrooms along with outside showers for your convenience. The laundry room is right outside the apartment as well and in the same vicinity as the pool. You will have access to both of those amenities. The apartment also comes with two parking spaces, one under the covered garage and the other one is to park in the open lot outside of the apartment so you'll save on parking since its about a 10-15 minute walk to campus. The apartment is also right across Trader Joes and the rest of UTC so you can conveniently get groceries if you don't have a car. Other than that, it is super close to campus and I could show you the walk as well from the apartment to school if you need! We are currently looking for summer leases from July 9th (earliest) - August 9th to stay in the room until our lease is up.
