Avalon resident

This is a shared student housing for girls only. I need someone to sublease at least from June 15 to July 17 which is perfect for summer leasing!! You can choose to stay longer if you want to. ^^

Room:
- The apt has 2 rooms and each room has 2... students. The room features a spacious walk in closet and fully furnished. We have private bathroom for each room.

- The apt includes cleaning equipments and free maintenance request (such as fixing the light, clogged toilet,…), wifi, washer and dryer in unit.

- We have a spacious kitchen with oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. And a connected living room with sofa and TV.

- Besides that the resident also has other utilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness studio, gym, game room with billiards table, study room.

Location:
- The apt is right across the street from diamond jamboree so it is very convenience to shop. Besides, it has direct OC bus line to Irvine Spectrum and UCI.
