Two connected bedrooms available in a private home, joined by a shared bathroom with two sinks and tub/shower with separate door. You'll also have full access to shared common areas: kitchen, living room, downstairs half-bath, washer/dryer in bedroom... floor, and a generous outdoor space with couches, dining table, and a full outdoor kitchen (sink, grill, stove, and beverage fridge). The second floor (where the rooms are) had hard floors installed mid August and the whole indoor of the house will get painted at the end of August.
Utilities are included (gas/heat, electricity, Google fiber internet, water/trash etc). There is a Tesla charger available for an extra charge (to be negotiated).
The neighborhood offers multiple amenities: four pools, tennis courts a short walk away, and several parks and playgrounds.
Owner (female UCI law professor) occupies the master bedroom. Owner's spouse and 10-yr old child do not live in the home but will visit 2-3 times per year for up to up to a week. Looking for respectful, responsible tenant(s). Pets considered.
Perfect setup for a couple or small family needing two rooms. Two adults maximum for the two rooms, but could have 1-2 children. Strong preference for graduate students and/or staff.
