2B1B Verano Towers next to UCI campus

Subletting my room in a 2B1B, covering summer sessions I & II. Male UCI undergraduate/graduate students only. My apartment-mate is quiet, clean, and respectful; you must be the same. Room is furnished. All utilities are covered, but please keep... in mind there is no air conditioning (it gets pretty hot August/September). The community center and study rooms are nearby and air-conditioned.

Main campus: ~15 minute walk

ARC (UCI gym), Albertsons: 5 minutes

Community center: 2 minutes

UTC (plaza): 10 minutes

Nominal rent is $1047/month, I am asking for $700 to make it more in line with other campus housing. See comparable housing here: housing.uci.edu/rates/
