UCI "Camino Del Sol" On Campus 3mo Summer Lease (Shared Female) Townhome (Sublet / Shared Housing)

Hi, I'm renting my On-Campus Apartment for the summer quarter. It's as great location and I love living here now, but I am traveling this summer and don't need it. Typical Camino Del Sol 4 Bedroom townhouse and I am subleasing my bedroom and... private bathroom lockable and secure private room on the 3rd floor with a ceiling fan! My roommates may be here this summer or not, so far 2 of 3 have said they will be here. Living Room with sofa on the 1st floor with additional 1/2 bathroom. Full full kitchen with frig and washer/dryer. There is a deadbolt lock with key fob for the front door and individual deadbolt locks for the 4 bedrooms. Only you will have access to your bedroom and you will not have access to the other bedrooms in the apartment. Please see Camino Del Sol website under americancampus dot com UCI.

Applicants must be a UCI student, full time or part time, another one of the rules for subleasing.

Available 6/1/25 to 8/30/25, we could accommodate a day earlier, but move out has to be by midnight 8/30/24 with inspection on the morning of 8/31/25 before noon.

Financial stuff - and we will work with my parents on details, questions, and payments:
I pay $1287 a month for rent

I am subleasing for $800 a month.
3 months = $2400 plus a $200 security deposit = $2600 Total
3 payments required
$1000 Initial Payment = 1st month rent and security deposit at time of application.
Application is with Camino Del Sol and it takes 2 weeks to approve, I will email you the application link after we meet and I show you the apartment.
$800 due 7/1, and $800 due 8/1
Payments will be via Zelle and details will be provided
Please note that I will pay the electric bill for the summer period together with my roomates. All utilities are included in this sub-lease.

Please email if interested, we can meet away from the apartment then I can show you the place after. I also recommend meeting my roommates if they are available, they are both very nice and I can't imagine that there would be any compatibility problems but out of courtesy it would be good to meet before making your first payment. Don’t delay because this reduced price apartment is not going to last long, first one approved gets it. Thanks
