Turtle Rock House, Very close to UC Irvine (Shared Housing)

Our house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house that includes a living room area, kitchen, and even an at home gym setup. We have all the amenities needed including A microwave, a stove, oven, Washer and Dryer. Backyard patio: to host small gatherings if... needed. It is part of an HOA community that includes a community pool and jacuzzi, a park area with large fields of grass, and an interconnected system of walking paths to get through the neighborhood. There is a bike path that starts really close from our house and gets you on the path to UCI very efficiently.

For our next lease situation happening in July, we will have the opening of the one room that includes a connected bathroom that has a shower as well. IMPORTANT: We also will be accepting renters for our Master's Bedroom which pictures will be provided in the Photos tab. the rent for this room will be $1775 per month. In terms of who we are, we are three male residents who will be occupying the other three rooms. We have actually known each other for almost 5 years now so we are very comfortable with each other and would love to get to know you as well. We are also not afraid to call each other out or discuss things that are on our minds when it comes to situations or concerns in the house.
