Hi! My roommate and I are looking to sublease the primary bedroom in our 3bed/2bath flat. She is graduating from UCI this Spring and I’m entering my final year at UCI. The apartment is in Fountain Valley but right next to the 405 freeway entrance so... typically just a 10 minute drive to campus!
We’re looking for someone (or two people) to fill a private bedroom/private bathroom. It’s a super spacious room (23x14 including the bathroom) so could definitely be shared if any two people are looking for summer housing.
