Full unit summer sublet (furnished): Verano Place Family Housing right by campus
We are two international students studying at the PhD level and will go home to Germany in the summer. We share the unit with our two cats, who will be travelling with us. If you have cats, you are welcome to use our litter boxes etc. but we can... remove them from the bathroom if you do not.
We are happy to show you the unit if you would like to check it out.
Our unit has a really nice balcony, which we have kitten proofed with a net. It is located in the shaded side of the building, which means the unit stays comparably cool even in the summer as there is no direct sunlight. There are two portable fans in the unit you can use. It is part of graduate student housing and thus located on campus.
All utilities are included.
Our unit is technically a two-bedroom unit but we are thinking it may make sense to store many of our belongings in the office to free some space for you; because of that, we have decreased the subletting rent. If you wouldn't mind living with our stuff and would prefer a second bedroom, we can discuss this.
We are looking for a UCI graduate student / professional student or, but this is subject to grad housing approval, undergraduate summer session students. A couple can share this unit, as we do. We would prefer if you had renter's insurance that covers the apartment.
Our apartment is very close to Albertsons and close to the campus fitness center.
