The apartment is a 2 Bed - 2 Bath Premium unit in the Vista del Campo Norte (VDCN) ACC community. This sublet is for one of the bedrooms during the summer session.
The apartment's kitchen includes a microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator,... plenty of cabinets, and an extended seating area. The living room includes an armchair and sofa for three people, and two tables for hosting. The balcony has space for chairs and a table, and a built-in washer/dryer.
The bedroom contains a full XL bed, a desk, a 4-drawer dresser, and a large closet with shelving for storage. The bathroom contains a one-person sink with storage underneath and shower-tub combo.
As an ACC apartment, you have access to the UCI Shuttle, a quick and convenient way to travel to campus. In addition, there is a full time maintenance crew that is quick to respond if a problem were to occur with the apartment. The benefits of being a VDCN unit include not having to pay utilities (Electricity, Wifi, Water, etc.), reservable study rooms, a pool and jacuzzi, and an easy-to-access parking lot with plenty of spaces. As this is a premium apartment, there are extra amenities including an in-unit washer/dryer, access to a separate community space called the Villa with more study rooms and a reservable kitchen.
